Welcome to the website of the Rotaract Europe Meeting autumn 2010.
From October 1st to October 3rd, 2010, we will give you the opportunity to visit the capital of The Netherlands: Amsterdam.
We made a variety of packages for that weekend, so that everyone may choose their package to suit their needs. The packages are named after our Royal Family and range from the complete weekend, including accommodation, till only the Gala Ball on Saturday night.
The Saturday will serve the Board and the Country Representatives for their meeting and workshops. If you do not wish to take part in the meeting, there is a cultural programme to attend. You will be able to see Amsterdam from its canals. As part of the cultural programme, you will discover the old city centre and the new islands in the north of Amsterdam. For the afternoon, we have planned a visit to the museum of our famous beer and one of the world's strongest brands: 'The Heineken Experience'.
The Gala ball and dinner will take place in the Hilton Hotel Amsterdam. This will provide the Royal feeling to go with the best party of the century. The hotel is situated at a beautiful location in the centre of Amsterdam and at only 10 minutes walking from the hostel. But of course we will go there by bus to spare your feet for dancing.
Registration starts on May 15th, 1pm, Amsterdam time. Hope to see you all there!
